What determines the setup fee
The $80 per seat price is fixed. The one-time setup fee depends on these four things.
Deployment model
Masked secure cloud is where we start. Running on your own infrastructure (Flow-Edge) is on the roadmap and is scoped per engagement. If you need it, you would carry the compute and we would license the engine.
Custom connectors
Google and Notion are live today. HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Monday.com and other systems are scoped and priced per engagement when we build them for your stack.
Seats
How many people have Flow working alongside them. Volume discounts apply above 50 seats.
Compliance requirements
Environments that need specific controls, evidence or isolation carry extra implementation work. We would rather scope that honestly up front than discover it at contract stage.
