Glance watches the thread you have open. When a real personal close is clear, it shows one Do It. You click, and it writes into the personal destinations already connected for that close (Google or Notion, where those are live). It does not ask for a prompt. It does not send mail by itself. When it is not sure, it stays quiet.
Not an inbox product
Glance is not an email helper, not inbox AI, not an inbox-zero tool, and not a smarter inbox. It is also not a task manager. The point is trust that a clear intent actually closes. Most threads produce nothing on screen. Silence is the product working.
What the write actually is
A Do It writes only into destinations already connected for that close. It does not fan out to every system. The sign-in a new install shows is Google. Notion is a live write path in the product when that database is the destination connected for the close.
On the live Google path, the write matches the close:
- an item in Google Tasks, when that is the close
- a Calendar event, created with Calendar's events.insert, when the close is a meeting or a named time
- a Gmail draft, prepared and not sent, when the close is a reply
- Drive is read-only (drive.readonly), and only when that close needs a file already in Drive
One close does not write to Tasks, Calendar, Gmail, Drive, and Notion all at once. HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, and Monday.com are not live Glance connectors.
A drafted reply is not the close
An extension that only drafts a reply still leaves the intent sitting in the thread. Glance's Do It writes the close into the personal destination already connected for it. When the close is a reply, the result is a draft. You send it yourself.
What stays on the machine
The decision to show Do It is made on your device. Email text is not uploaded to Flow to make that judgment. A write happens only when you click, and it goes to the destination already connected: Google's APIs with your own sign-in, or Notion when that destination is connected. Glance also sends a small set of anonymous usage events with no message content. The privacy policy lists them. Uninstalling the extension removes what it stored on the device.
Separate from Flow
Glance is its own product. It is not Flow Lite, and it is not a step toward an organization deployment. Closing from email is the entry, not the ceiling: the same personal loop can grow beyond email. It does not become an organization runtime, and it does not contain Flow. Flow is the other product, for regulated teams.
What this page will not call Glance. Not an email helper. Not inbox AI. Not inbox-zero. Not a task manager. Not a trial of Flow. Do It, when a personal close is clear, and silence when it is not.
Common questions
Does the Chrome extension upload all my mail to your cloud?
No. The decision to show Do It runs on your device, on the message you have open, and that scoring does not send the email text to Flow. A write leaves the browser only when you click Do It, and it goes to the personal destination already connected for that close. Anonymous usage events contain no message text. The privacy policy lists them.
Will it send email by itself?
No. Auto-send is not the close. If the close is a reply, Do It prepares a Gmail draft. You send it, or you do not.
Is Glance a free trial of Flow?
No. Glance is a separate personal product. It does not include Flow's deployment options, and it is not for regulated matter data.
Is this an inbox-zero tool or a task manager?
No. Both are out of scope. Glance does not try to empty the inbox, and it does not run a task list for you. It offers one Do It when a personal close is clear, and it stays quiet otherwise.

Install Glance
The Glance page confirms your email and gives you the extension download. That step keeps the file from being passed around. It is not a Flow trial.
