Personal closing
The open loops in your day, closed.
Glance watches what you asked of others, what you promised, and what others asked of you. It prepares the next move — you approve. It never sends on your behalf.

One email. One click. One record.
Don't take our word for it. Paste an email you actually received and watch the real judgment engine — the exact code the extension runs — read it, live, in under a second.
Open the live judgmentFree. Opens in this tab. Runs entirely in your browser — nothing you paste is uploaded, logged, or stored.
What it is — and isn't
It is
- Silent by default — it only speaks up when something is actually decided. Most days it says nothing at all.
- Zero-typing — no prompts, no chat box. You never write anything to it.
- It leaves Gmail — the record lands in your calendar, your task list or a drafted reply, not in another inbox folder you'd have to remember to check.
- Local — the reading happens on your device. Your email text isn't sent anywhere to make that call.
- Reversible — every write comes with an Undo button.
It isn't
- A chatbot. There's nothing to ask it and no conversation to have.
- A rule builder. There's no "when X happens, do Y" screen to set up.
- A notifier. It doesn't ping you to check in — going quiet for days is normal.
- An inbox scanner. It only reads the one email you have open, nothing else.
How it works
Most days it does nothing. Here's what happens on the days it does.
Set up in a minute
Tell Glance where it may write, and what kind of work you do. That's the whole setup — no field mapping, no rules, no trigger screen.
It stays quiet
On a normal day, nothing happens. Glance only speaks up when it's confident something real just got decided.
The moment
An email decides something — a figure agreed, a date committed to, a deal lost. Glance reads the amount, the date and the sentence that carried it, and puts one small button beside that message.
Click, or ignore
Click it and the record is written, with View and Undo right beside it. Ignore it and it disappears — Glance quietly adjusts how easily it speaks up next time.
See it in your own work
Takes 20 seconds The real setup is one question — sign in with the Google account Glance should write to. Everything below just tailors the preview to your work, so what you see is what you'd actually get.
1Where a closed process lands
You don't choose this — Glance picks per message, from what the message actually needs. Tap one to preview that ending.
One native Google sign-in covers all three — the same account chooser Chrome already shows you. No token to create, no separate app to authorise.
2What kind of work you do
Steers the preview below. The installed extension learns this from what you keep and dismiss — there is nothing to set.
3How cautious should it start
Where the confidence bar would start. In the extension this isn't a setting — it adjusts itself from every click and dismissal, and the popup just shows you where it landed.
4Who else will use it
If it's more than you, Glance can export your exact setup as a file your teammates import in one click.
5And one more thing — how big is the team?
Doing Sales & business development work, Glance watches for deal signals — a price agreed, a renewal lost, a date set — starting balanced, and closes it into your calendar, on the date it named, for just you.

Judged on your device
Judgment happens entirely on your device — nothing about deciding whether to show you Do It is ever transmitted anywhere. That's not a policy promise; it's how the code is built.
What it touches
- The one email open in Gmail's reading pane — not your inbox, not older messages, not attachments
- When you click Do It: the system you connected, to create one new record there
- On your machine only: which system you connected, the kind of work you chose, and a log of what Glance suggested
What it never does
- Never sends your email anywhere to decide. That judgment runs on your device.
- No ad targeting, no reselling, no training a model on your mail
- Never edits or deletes anything — it only adds one record, and gives you Undo
- Never scans your mailbox in the background
Questions worth asking first
Is this a chatbot or an AI assistant?
No. There's no chat window and nothing to ask it. Glance reads the email you already have open, and when it's confident something real needs to happen, it shows exactly one button. You click, it writes the record, and it goes quiet again — nothing to prompt, manage, or hold a conversation with.
Does clicking Do It really change anything?
Yes. It creates a real record in your own Google account — a Calendar event, a Task, a drafted Gmail reply, or the right Drive file found and attached when there is one match — with the amount, the date, the sender, the quoted sentence and a link back to the email. Creating and sharing a new Doc or Sheet: coming soon. Every write comes with an Undo, and undoing it removes the record.
Is Glance just a Gmail add-on?
No. Glance is a personal closing layer: when something is actually decided, one Do It closes it in the real world. It starts in Gmail today, closing into Google Calendar, Tasks, Gmail drafts, and Drive (find and attach when there is one match). Creating and sharing a new Doc or Sheet, WhatsApp, Outlook, Slack and CRMs are coming soon — not live yet.
How does it decide when to speak?
It scores the open message for real signals — a currency figure, a commitment, a deadline, a stated loss — and stays quiet on things like price lists or automated mail. It speaks only above a confidence threshold, and that threshold adjusts as you click and dismiss. All of it runs on your device.
What do I have to configure?
One thing, once: sign in with the Google account Glance should write to. No trigger screen, no field mapping, no rule syntax, and nothing to tune afterwards.
Is my email sent to a server?
Not to decide. That scoring happens on your machine. Glance makes two kinds of outbound call and no others: the write itself when you click Do It, straight to the Google account you connected; and an anonymous usage ping, tagged to a random install ID and carrying no message content. The privacy policy lists every event in that last one.
What exactly lands in Google?
A short summary line, plus whatever the message actually stated: the amount, the date, the sender, one quoted sentence, and a link back to the original email. A Calendar event gets the date; a Task gets the due date; a draft reply gets the text; a file close attaches the right Drive file when there is one match. Creating and sharing a new Doc or Sheet: coming soon. Nothing it extracted is silently dropped.
What happens if I ignore a suggestion?
It disappears and Glance won't ask about that message again. Both clicking and dismissing quietly tune how confident it needs to be before speaking up next time.
How do I install it?
Confirm your email, download the file, and load it into Chrome — under a minute. The install steps above walk through exactly what to click.
Can I remove my data?
Uninstalling the extension deletes everything it stored on your machine. To remove your email from our list, contact hello@theflow-ai.com.
Built to be trusted, not just used
Every write is logged and reversible. Your email is never sent anywhere to be judged — the decision happens on your device. See exactly how that works.
